Beef Boere Sushi 500g

Our Beef Boere Sushi (500g) is something that Franco created from sections of Rump and Sirloin. Filled with feta cheese, peppadews, bacon bits, spring onion and red onion, rubbed with an olive oil and cape country mustard marinated vacuumed for flavour packed enjoyment once it hits the braai. Slice into sushi size rolls, and top with parmesan shavings, american mustard and balsamic reduction.
